We have now produced a second newsletter (see the newsletter section of our website) containing damning evidence of fraud by Tiuta and others and further exposing the role of BDO in this affair.
We will be revealing further shocking evidence of the role of BDO shortly. We have little doubt there are individuals at BDO with serious questions to answer. BDO is clinging on to the role as administrators of Tiuta International for now but our further evidence is likely to make its position exceptionally difficult.
We continue to focus on the Series 1 fund but we are very fearful about the Series 2 and 3 Funds which are also in trouble. We appeal for any evidence of any kind about these funds as well.
