We request that any borrower from Tiuta or any solicitor who has acted for any borrower from Tiuta to contact us at the Action Group if you have encountered material delays in obtaining DS1s (land registry forms to cancel entries on the register relating to mortgages or charges). If after repayment of a loan, you have encountered substantial delays in obtaining a discharge of a mortgage or charge and have complained to Tiuta or have had to threaten to complain to the Solicitors Regulatory Authority or to commence litigation, we at the Action Group would like you to contact us as a matter of priority.
